Pistons star Cade Cunningham erupted for 45 points, setting a new franchise record for most points in a playoff game. The young guard, who recently returned from recovery after a lung collapse, played nearly 44 minutes and knocked down a clutch mid-range jumper in the final moments of the fourth quarter to seal the win.
