Consider using S+ and S-rank champions from the tier list of Honor of Kings Mid Lane to achieve easy victories in this season.

Honor of Kings (HoK) was launched globally on June 20, providing a new experience for mobile multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) enthusiasts. For those who are eager to boost their rank immediately, especially Mid Lane players, here is the HoK Mid Lane tier list for Season 6.

S+-rank Mid Lane

  • Heino
  • Mai Shiranui
  • Shangguan
  • Ziya

Undeniably, Heino has been the top Mid Laner in HoK for the past several seasons. He is one of the heroes with the highest pick and ban rate in HoK among all heroes, not only in every rank but also in the professional arena. He often appears in Clash Lane and Farm Lane situations.

Heino has a consistently strong presence from the early to late game due to his poking abilities, dashes, and short cooldowns. Although his Ultimate has a longer cooldown compared to other Mid Laners, pairing him with Dolia can reset the cooldown.

Mai Shiranui is similar to Heino in having long-range poke, dashes, and crowd control (CC) skills. Shangguan, a hero that is difficult to play, provides multiple dashes, self-untargetability, considerable damage, and the potential for health restoration.

Ziya, who has recently joined the mage roster, is considered one of the most distinctive heroes in the game. This is because he has the ability to exceed the standard level cap of 15. His passive enables him to level up more quickly than anyone else. He can reach up to level 25, and also grants the same benefit to one teammate. This makes both of them extremely powerful in the late game.

S-rank Mid Lane

  • Lady Zhen
  • Princess Frost
  • Angela

S-rank mid laners such as Angela and Princess Frost offer gameplay mechanics that are relatively simpler compared to those in S+. As a result, they gain popularity among players of all ranks. Princess Frost and Lady Zhen stand out in teamfights because of their area-of-effect (AoE) hard crowd control (CC) abilities. Angela, although not having strong crowd control skills, compensates for it with abilities that have high damage and low cooldown. These abilities can quickly eliminate opponents and lead to an instant kill.

A-rank Mid Lane

  • Zhou Yu
  • Gan & Mo
  • Yuhuan
  • Diao Chan

Several A-rank mid laners have play styles similar to those of higher-tier heroes but are deficient in certain respects. Gan & Mo depend on the poke damage from their abilities but lack significant crowd control aside from a knock-back effect. In a similar way to Gan & Mo, Zhou Yu also lacks in the crowd control aspects. However, Zhou Yu compensates for this with his high damage-over-time (DoT) skills in wide areas. Diao Chan, like Shangguan, focuses on swift movement but has a shorter range. Yuhuan is somewhat unique and can provide balanced gameplay, having moderate long-ranged damage and healing abilities and serving as a secondary support in team fights. She is also a versatile hero who can be used as a jungler and roamer.

B-rank Mid Lane

  • Kongming
  • Nuwa
  • Dr Bian
  • Da Qiao
  • Daji
  • Milady

Most heroes in this tier, with the exception of Milady, have difficulty becoming popular despite having their own strengths. Some heroes, such as Kongming and Da Qiao, achieve more success in other lanes – Kongming in the jungle and Da Qiao as a roamer. Apart from these two heroes, the other mid laners in this tier have almost no escape skills. Daji, like Angela, can inflict high burst damage with skillfully executed combos. At the same time, Dr Bian's damage-over-time (DoT) and healing abilities increase his team support. Nuwa has a powerful global ultimate despite having slow-casting animations.

C-rank Mid Lane

  • Gao
  • Mozi
  • Liang
  • Xiao Qiao
  • Sima Yi

C-rank mid laners are regarded as weaker compared to other mid laners, which makes it difficult to win the laning phase unless you have great confidence in your skills. Gao, Liang, and Xiao Qiao lack dash skills and are deficient in terms of mobility. This makes it harder for them to roam around the map and assist other lanes when necessary. However, don't worry. Some of them can still be viable in other lanes. Mozi and Liang are good roamers due to their annoying hard crowd control. On the other hand, Sima Yi can be used as a jungler because of his high burst damage and mobility.
