Location: Northern end of Chorrol, near the roundabout with a large tree.
How to Join:
Enter the Fighter’s Guild building.
Go upstairs to Vilena Donton’s chambers.
Select "Join the Fighter’s Guild" in dialogue.

No criminal record or bounty.
