Location
To get the Freeman's Announcement treasure map in Genshin Impact, head underwater southeast of Fort Charybdis Ruins. Find two halves of a shipwreck and hit the nearby clams shell to open it. Inside the clam is a bottle containing the Freeman's Announcement treasure map.
Players will visit this location during Penny's Free Verse quest in Genshin Impact when the Traveler needs to save some "children" fish. After obtaining the treasure map, players can open it from the Quest section in their inventory and press Read to access the information.
Treasure Guide
