Since all the books are within walking distance, players can start by obtaining Book No. 2. Travelers should use the Teleport Waypoint east of the main Statue of Seven in the Fontaine Research Institute region. From there, proceed along the road (which is south - ward on the map) until reaching a small dirt area with boxes.
There will be a single Treasure Hoarder. All players need to do is defeat this enemy and then click on the New Tide Anthology: Part II to read it.

Head straight up the road again, and Book 3 should be just a few steps away. The book is perched on top of a box beside a broken blue cart. Before reading it, players must first defeat the two Treasure Hoarders in the area.

The final book is approximately a hundred meters away after obtaining Book 3. Travelers simply need to continue in the same direction towards a ruin where they will encounter several enemies. The enemies will appear in two waves and consist of a combination of Treasure Hoarders and Mekas. The New Tide Anthology: Part I will be, as usual, on a box.
