In Diablo 4's Season of Witchcraft, a new set of exciting features has been introduced, and Occult Gems are among the most notable additions. These gems work in tandem with Witchcraft Powers, either amplifying the effects of the latter or providing entirely new and powerful abilities, but only if players can meet the specific requirements.
While Occult Gems aren't an absolute necessity for creating a solid Diablo 4 build, they can significantly boost your character's strength as you ascend through the challenging Torment levels and beyond. To help you make the most of these gems, here's a handy cheat sheet that includes all the Occult Gems and their crafting recipes.
All Diablo 4 Occult Gems and Recipes

Crafting Occult Gems demands a substantial amount of Gem Fragments. To create even the most basic of these gems, you'll need to collect Fugitive Heads. You can obtain Fugitive Heads by defeating Fugitive Head bosses in Headhunt zones.
Regarding Gem Fragments, you can also farm them in decent quantities within Headhunt zones during Season 7. If you're aiming to acquire a large number of Gem Fragments in one go, completing an Infernal Hordes run and opening the materials chest at the end is a great strategy.

All Occult Gems also offer 160 Armor and 8% Resistance to All Elements, which are essential for surviving Torment 1 and higher levels. Only one copy of a gem can be equipped at a time, and they can only be inserted into accessories.
